Our new position paper is HERE! ======================================================= The 1000 space parking garage in Fuller Park has been canceled.======================================================= On February 10, 2012, the City announced in a press release that the University of Michigan was withdrawing from the Fuller Road project. This kills the idea of building a 1000 space parking garage in Fuller Park. ======================================================= However, even though the University has withdrawn from the project, the City has not given up its idea of constructing a totally unnecessary rail station in the Park. We still need to act to protect Ann Arbor's Parks and Ann Arbor's finances. The Protect A2 Parks web site is not actively maintained at the present time, but much of the information is still relevant and can be accessed here. =======================================================
